Raking Leaves is a Real Workout So Make Sure You Have a Game Plan
Getting the yard cleared of leaves is a lot of work. So why is it people don’t take the proper precautions to make sure that they don’t injure themselves while doing this yearly chore?

  1. Stretching
  2. Pacing yourself
  3. Making sure bags leaf aren’t too heavy or too full

Remaining pain free after yard clean-up is a job in and of itself. And while raking leaves may seem like a simple task, it is actually a strenuous workout that includes, among other things, prolonged repetitive motion.
